General

Bonives PE-X pipes are manufactured from crosslinked polyethylene with advanced polymeric structure which makes them the best solution for a wide range of liqid transportation applications for more than 20 years.

The advantages of Bonives PE-X over other plastic and metal piping systems, such as very high operating temperatures, non-corrosiveness, flexibility, higher impact strength at lower temperatures and speed of instalation, are considered the main reasons for being preferred by engineers for residental and industrial projects.

PE-Xb (hydrosilicon crosslinked PE-X) and PE-Xc (electron beam crosslinked PE-X) are two types of programs offered to the choice of our customers.

Application Areas

1. Sanitary Applications

а. Installation by using collectors

This method of installation allows the plumbers to lay the pipes from the collector directly to the consumption points. The number of fittings is minimized, as a result the installation time is shorter and the fittings cost lowered.

  • ✔ Less joints
  • ✔ Easy to install
  • ✔ Flexible
  • ✔ Hygenic
b. Installation without using collectors

This method is preffered to save space from the collector point. T parts are used to branch off. The length of pipes used in the system is minimized through this type of installation.

  • ✔ Higher flow rates
  • ✔ No scalling down
  • ✔ No precipitation

2. Underfloor Heating

  • ✔ Efficient heating
  • ✔ Warmer floors
  • ✔ Energy saving
  • ✔ Decorative freedom
  • ✔ Less dust particles around

3. Radiator Heating

  • ✔ No corrosion in the systems
  • ✔ Wide operating temperature (-100C – + 950C)
  • ✔ Less pressure drop
